Whether you are separating from your partner, or trying to reach agreement about the care arrangements for your children, or you need information about the payment of maintenance, or you are experiencing domestic abuse, or you wish to relocate to another part of Scotland or further afield, Lesley will provide you with sound legal advice and strong representation – both in negotiations and in court.

Lesley can also provide advice in areas such as Children’s Reporter cases, Powers of Attorney & Guardianship, and Debt Recovery. Due to her extensive experience, Lesley is often appointed as a Curator and Child Welfare Reporter in contentious family cases in the Sheriff Court. Lesley is also a Notary Public.

Outwith FMS Law, Lesley has served on the boards of various charities and is currently on the board of two Western Isles charities namely UCVO (Uist Council of Voluntary Organisations) and Am Pàipear.
